We clean walkways by spraying them down with a pressure washer set to the right PSI for the surface. Most driveways and patios around Spring can handle 3000 to 4000 PSI. We adjust the pressure based on what we're cleaning, whether it's concrete, pavers, or brick. The goal is to blast away the buildup without damaging the surface.
Spring's humidity means mold, algae, and mildew grow fast on outdoor surfaces. We see a lot of green slick buildup on patios and driveways, especially in shaded spots. We also use a surface cleaner attachment for flat areas like driveways, which gives you even, professional-looking results faster than a handheld wand. For textured surfaces or tight spots, we switch to the wand.
You'll see the difference right away. Walkways that looked dull and stained come back to their original color. The whole job usually takes a few hours depending on the size. We'll haul away debris and leave your surface clean and dry.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?
Not if we set the pressure right. We adjust the PSI based on your surface. Concrete is tough and can handle higher pressure, but pavers and brick need a lighter touch. We know the difference and we've cleaned thousands of walkways in Spring without damage.
How long does it take to clean a driveway?
A typical driveway takes 1 to 2 hours depending on size and how dirty it is. We'll give you a better estimate when we see the job. You can use the driveway right after we're done, though it'll be wet.
Do you treat for mold and algae or just wash it off?
We wash it off with the pressure washer, which removes the growth. If you want to slow regrowth, we can apply a mildewcide treatment, but that's optional and costs extra. Most customers just get the wash and are happy with it.
