Why JR4U Pressure Washing exists

I started JR4U Pressure Washing because I saw too many Spring homeowners getting burned by contractors who quoted jobs over the phone. They'd throw out a high number to protect themselves without knowing what the property actually needed. I thought that was backwards. If I'm going to charge someone, I want to see the work first so I can be fair about it. That's how I'd want a contractor to treat me, so that's the standard I set for myself.

I run this business with Adam, who handles windows while I focus on siding, driveways, and concrete work. We use soft wash methods because high pressure tears up vinyl and forces water into places it shouldn't go. The goal is to clean your house without damaging it in the process. We treat for mold after washing so it actually stays gone instead of coming back in a few months. Every job gets the same careful attention whether it's a small porch or a full exterior clean.
