Porch Washing
We clean your porch down to the wood using low-pressure techniques that won't damage siding or trim.
Your porch takes a beating in Spring's humidity and heat. Mold, mildew, and dirt build up fast on concrete, wood, and composite surfaces. We use pressure washing paired with soft-wash methods to lift that grime without gouging the material underneath. Most porches need this once a year, sometimes twice if you're near trees.
We start by assessing what your porch is made of. Concrete handles higher pressure, but wood and composite need gentler treatment. We apply a biodegradable cleaner, let it sit, then rinse thoroughly. The whole job usually takes two to four hours depending on size. Spring's afternoon rains mean we schedule around the weather.
You'll see the difference immediately. The porch looks fresh again, and you can actually see the original color of the wood or concrete. No chemical smell lingering. Your kids and pets can use the space right away. Most customers tell us they didn't realize how dirty it had gotten until we were done.
About porch washing
Will pressure washing damage my wood porch?
Not if it's done right. We use lower pressure settings on wood and composite materials, around 1500 PSI or less. High pressure can split the wood, but our method cleans without that risk. Concrete can handle higher pressure, so we adjust based on what you have.
How often should I get my porch washed?
In Spring's climate, once a year is typical. If your porch is shaded or near trees, twice a year keeps mold from coming back. We can recommend a schedule based on what we see when we do the initial cleaning.
Can you clean under the porch furniture?
Yes. We'll move lightweight furniture or you can move it beforehand. If you want us to move heavy pieces, let us know when you book and we'll factor that in. Either way, the whole surface gets cleaned.
